Exporting Reports
You can export the detailed data behind a Summary Report as a CSV file and open it in a spreadsheet application for more scrutiny.
You can open a Detailed Report in a separate window for maximised viewing or you can print it out. You can save the report as a PDF by using an installed PDF printer. You can save a detailed report as html and then open it in Excel. Alternatively, the contents of data presented in tables within a detailed report can be transferred to a spreadsheet by selecting the contents of the table and performing a copy-paste function into the required spreadsheet.
- Select the Layer required for the report
- Click the Reports icon. The list of Layers to report on drops down. Summary reports are identified in the list with the following icon:
- Select the required report from the report folder. The Summary Report opens.
- Click the Download As CSV button at the bottom right of the window. The file automatically downloads to your Downloads folder.
- Select the Layer required for the report
- Click the Reports icon. The list of Layers to report on drops down. Detailed reports are identified in the list with the following icon:
- Select the required report from the report folder. The Detailed Report opens in window.
- Click the Open in New Window button at the bottom of the window. The report opens in a new browser tab.
- Right click on the window and click Save as…
- Save the report as an HTM file.
- Open the HTM file in a spreadsheet application and save the file as a CSV (or other) file.
- In the Layers folder, select the required Works Plan or Treatment Set layer.
- Click the Reports icon.
The list of Layers to report on drops down. The Treatment Summary report is identified with the following icon:
- Click the Treatment Summary report. The CSV file automatically downloads to your downloads folder.
