Usage Statistics Report

See who's logged in this month​

Administrators can view a special Report containing the usage statistics for all users in their Horizons project. This shows the total hours logged for all users over the past 30 days, broken down by time spent in each module. Scrolling down will show usage statistics for each individual user for the past 30 days.

To view the usage statistics for your project:

  1. Click the Reports icon. In the dropdown, open the Admin folder.

  2. Click the Usage Statistics Report. The top chart will show overall usage statistics across all users for your project. Scroll down to see individual statistics for each user. To print this Report, or save it as a PDF, select Print in the bottom-right corner.
