Logging In
Accessing Horizons
Horizons is a web-based tool that's compatible with most web browsers. We recommend using the most recent version of any browser listed below:
- Google Chrome
- Firefox
- Safari
- Opera
Once you are registered as a user on Horizons, your administrator will have access to your login details. To access these details for the first time, please contact your Horizons administrator or Causeway Support.
You are prompted to update your password when you first log in. New passwords must be a minimum of 12 characters in length and contain both a number and a character from A-Z.
Log in
Click the link in your welcome email or visit horizons.yotta.co.uk in your browser. Enter your username and password and click Login.
Your module access privileges are displayed as they load up. Each Horizons module provides a separate set of functions. Click Continue.
Horizons always opens in the Explorer module by default. This provides access to the map, where you can visualise your Network assets and other data as layers.
If you don't have access to a module that you require access to, please contact your system administrator or Causeway Support.
Log out
To log out of Horizons, do one of the following:
- Click the padlock icon beside your user name in the top right corner of the screen.
- Close the browser window or tab.
