Treatment Sets
Group related treatments and define their triggers
A Treatment Set represents one or more hierarchies of Treatments, typically arranged in descending order of severity. For each Condition Parameter monitored by the Treatment Set, you can partition the range of possible values into different severity bands. For each Treatment in the set, you can then define which Condition Parameters it can be triggered by, depending on which severity bands their values fall within.
Once a Treatment Set is fully defined, you can run a build on it to perform an initial analysis of the chosen Network. This generates unconstrained Treatment schemes for every triggering asset Section for the current financial year only. These results can be visualised as a Layer on the map. For full details of the quantities and costs of triggered Treatments, you read through various Network-level and Section-level Reports.
A completed Treatment Set can then serve as the foundation of a Works Plan. This applies ordering and constraints to the initial Treatment Set analysis, such as Priorities (key areas) and Strategies (budgets, emission targets), forming an ultimate plan of works for multiple financial years.
Treatment Sets are managed in a separate
Analysis Tools tab.
